I work within the valuation team at Levene where we provide RICS Valuations for a variety of purposes in both the residential and commercial sectors. My background ranges from agency, acquisitions and development. I also have a Masters degree in European Real Estate.

With over 25 years post-qualification experience, I provide independent valuations and investment advice and act as an expert witness in Tribunals and Courts to advise on rental values and business and capital values. I have led multi-disciplinary teams on feasibility studies and ensured optimisation of profitability for property. I also negotiate rents and rates.
